Heimori Technology Terms of Service

Welcome to the products and services provided by Heimori Technology (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Heimori Technology"). Before you register, access or use our products and services, please read and fully understand these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Heimori Technology regarding the use of our products and services.

1. Service Content

1.1 Heimori Technology mainly provides products and services including but not limited to MonStudy, MglDoc, Tengri AI, etc. We have the right to adjust service content and service scope according to actual circumstances, and relevant adjustments will be announced on the official website or relevant product pages.

1.2 We provide services to you through the Internet, mobile networks or other means. You should equip yourself with the necessary equipment for Internet access, including but not limited to computers, mobile phones or other necessary equipment, and bear the relevant costs such as network service fees and communication fees.

1.3 You understand and agree that the services we provide may differ due to factors such as the terminal equipment, operating system, and network environment you use, and you should base your experience on actual use.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Account Registration

You may need to register an account to use some of our services.
You guarantee that all information provided during the registration process is true, accurate and valid, and update it promptly when the information changes.
You are responsible for account security, including properly keeping your username and password, and changing your password regularly.
Without permission, you may not transfer, sell or give away your account.

3.2 Content Standards

The content you generate, upload, and publish when using our services should comply with laws and regulations, public order and good customs, and the requirements of these Terms of Service, and should not contain the following content:

Content that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity

4.1 Heimori Technology and its affiliated companies own all intellectual property rights in the services and products they provide, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, etc. Without our explicit written permission, you may not use our intellectual property in any way.

4.2 For content you upload and publish when using our services, you should ensure that you have legal rights to such content or have obtained necessary authorization. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license worldwide to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute and display such content for the purpose of providing services.

4.3 If you find that content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide relevant proof materials, and we will handle it promptly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

5. Service Fees and Payment

5.1 Some of our services may require payment. For paid services, we will clearly inform you of the charging standards and payment methods before you use them.

5.2 You should pay the relevant fees according to the agreed time and method. If you fail to pay fees on time, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you.

5.3 Unless otherwise provided by law or otherwise agreed by both parties, paid fees are generally non-refundable.

6.2 If any of the following circumstances occur, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you at any time:

You violate the provisions of these Terms of Service
According to laws and regulations, policy requirements or requirements of competent authorities

10.2 If part of these Terms of Service is deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court with jurisdiction, it does not affect the validity of other contents.

10.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. After the terms are modified, we will notify you through website announcements or other means within a reasonable time. If you continue to use our services, it is deemed that you accept the modified terms.

10.4 The relationship between you and us is an independent contractual relationship, and there is no agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship.
